The hotel has 32 rooms with heating and private bathrooms next to the pools for the exclusive use of our guests. The 13 cabins (one or two floors high) are located 100 meters from the hotel and offer a welcoming environment with a fireplace in the living room. Their pools are also reserved for the exclusive use of our guests, and are ideal for families of couples wishing to have their own space.
The spa has a range of therapeutic treatments including aromatherapy and therapeutic massages, medicinal Andean mud body treatments and pressurized water massages.

"Sucus", the hotel restaurant, offers delicious Ecuadorian and international cuisine. Some vegetable on the menu are grown in our own organic kitchen garden.

Our convention centre is an ideal location for meetings. It has underfloor headitn and those comforts one finds in large cities, with the added advantage of being away from noise, pollution and stresses.
Termas de Papallacta´s thermal baths are located on the banks of the Papallacta River, 150 meters from the hotel, in a unique natural environment which contains nine thermal pools and three cold water pools. The thermal baths restaurant offers several food options, and a small kiosk provides snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.

We also have an interpretation center on-site, with information about the diverse fauna and flora to be found in the neighbouring Cayambe Coca Ecological Reserve. Our guides can lead you on hikes and birdwatching tours through this beautiful region, while we have detailed maps available for the more independent walkers. Rubber boots are available, and the paths start right by the hotel.

Termas de Papallacta owns the Rancho del Cañón, a protected area of around 250 hectares, located at the entrance to the Cayambe Coca Ecological Reserve. They support the Terra Foundation, which manages this protected area and carries out research that will contribute to improve the quality of life of the local communities, thus harmonizing economic development with nature conservation.

Termas de Papallacta contributes to the local community in several ways, including donating textbooks and computers to schools, and improving access roads. The Terra Foundation also supports the local community.
