Tuzco is a delightful, affordable and eco-conscious Hotel in the center of Puerto López. Rooms are colorful with mosquito nets and fans, and lead out onto a network of patios and balconies, draped with hammocks and exotic plants.

The owners are doctors who work closely with the local communities, and are striving to make the Hotel as environmentally-friendly as possible. There is a roof terrace with views across the bay and the town, complete with hammocks, and a quiet loft with a book exchange and comfy seats. Tours can be arranged to local communities and the islands, particularly for those with an interest in nature, archaeology or local culture.

There is a large conference center across the road which can also be used as a restaurant for large groups.
